When would you like to get started? We have been supporting new nook resident businesses to obtain their Trade Licence and start work for some time now and our specialist team is ready to help you today – please give us a call or send an enquiry from our website.

We are open to receive visitors and conduct tours from Sunday to Thursday during office hours, or at other times by appointment, however our studio and event spaces operate in the early mornings, evenings and at weekends depending what’s on! Our residents have access to the facility on a 24/7 basis using assigned access cards.

We welcome visitors and love telling nook’s story to future residents and partners (and anyone else who will listen!). Yes, as One JLT is a premium, commercial building owned by DMCC there are a number of security procedures in place, including signing in at reception when you arrive to visit. Please visit the reception team in the foyer with your passport, Emirates ID or driving licence and tell them you are visiting nook. We are on the second floor, opposite the Etisalat Hello Business Hub.

Yes of course, there are a range of temporary parking options both inside the buidling on the Ground floor and immediately outside the building. If you are parking inside there is free visitor parking for a limited time. For the on street parking in front of the building and on the road nearby you will need to pay for the time you need using the RTA’s M parking system.

No, just yourself and any friends or colleagues who might also be interested in finding out more or joining our community at nook! Enthusiasm, lots of questions and a copy of your existing Trade Licence (if you have one) can help us to understand your specific requirements and how we can help.

We highliy recommend the 1762 Stripped Cafe on the ground floor in the lobby area: our team and nook residents can often be found there enjoying a coffee, juice or salad. There’s a Tim Horton’s outlet as well – feel free to bring donuts when you visit us upstairs 🙂
